It’s a pleasure to have you here! Let me share a bit about myself: I have a background in Physical Education with a B.A. from the Universidade Anhembi-Morumbi in São Paulo, Brazil. I am also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in the United States, specializing in women's fitness, seniors, and mobility coaching. As a former athlete, I gained motivation and expertise in developing effective training sequences. Working in the fitness industry, I discovered my passion for teaching and find joy in seeing my students' progress. My main objective is to inspire and help women reach their best versions. Welcome to our program!

TESTEMONIALS

DRICA GUZZI

Esther is wonderful! An incredible professional, demanding and affectionate, not only with her students but also with herself. With her, I learned to enjoy not only bodybuilding, but mainly the positive transformation of my body and my well being. She is very focused on concrete results (and they appear!) and has a contagious enthusiasm!

BRACHA COHEN

This course was the best choice I made! I was super upset with my body and in a few classes I already see the results coming! Even recorded, it seems that Esther is on our side! Her friendly and intimate way makes all the difference, apart from the exercises that are very different from what we see out there!"

BRIDGETT

Esther is extremely knowledgeable in personal fitness as well as postnatal care for healing your body. She got me in much better shape. I became stronger, leaner and gained better endurance all because of Esther. I highly recommend her. She is a true professional, and truly cares about her clients. She changed my body and the way I feel about myself. She also taught me so much and I am so grateful for my time with her. Thank you Esther!"

PATRICIA

Esther has made all the diference in my life. She changed my self-esteem, my look, my self-love. She is the best personal trainer i ever met and a high - spirited person who makes training a pleasure."

WHAT'S THIS STORY

ABOUT TZINIUT?

In Hebrew, the word Tzniut is commonly translated as modesty. And, according to our Torah, this is how Jewish women behave, dress, act and even... exercise!

In his book "Nefesh Chaya", Rav Pincus, zt'l, compares man to the sun, generator of light and energy and when, in fact, a Jew does Hashem's will, he radiates Torah and mitzvot.  Women, on the other hand, are compared to the moon. The moon doesn’t generate light, rather it reflects whatever it turns toward. Therefore, a woman who turns to spiritual pursuits, making Hashem the focus of her life, will reflect Him in all her actions.

It was with this in mind that we launched our program, Training with Tsanuah. When a woman exercises while respecting the Laws of Tzniut, she feels wholesome and complete because she is doing the will of her Creator. Furthermore, when watching a teacher who exemplifies tzniut, she absorbs such behavior and avoids comparisons. Thoughts such as, “My waist is not as thin as hers” or “Her legs are so perfectly formed...” are much less likely.

Such comparisons only generate dissatisfaction and low selfesteem, which can negatively affect other areas of life, such as one’s Shalom Bayit (chas veshalom).

Dressing with Tzniut, even for exercise, (or: Dressing with Tzniut and exercising with Tzniut) shows that we give importance to what really matters: our spiritual essence, our neshamah. Nevertheless, at the same time, we perform the mitzvah of caring for our lives, our well-being.

In his book “Pele Yoetz”, Rav Eliezer Papo, zt’l, stated: “There are many mitzvot ... but only concerning the mitzvah of taking care of one’s health is it written ‘meod’ (greatly, in Hebrew)”. The more careful we are with our lives and our health, the better. And physical activity is one of the ways to do this.

Certainly taking care of our body is much more than just doing physical exercises. It's similarly important to focus on our food and our mental health. After all, our body is the container that houses our most valuable asset: our neshamah.
